NOW THE ACTUAL PROSPECTUS (NOT A RED HERRING) and 8K on 1/26 and 1/31 respectivley - No mention of the potential investors as it is now hidden as to who is in and who is not. So we are left wondering, but the good news is that we know ALL OF THEM are apparently at the table.
